Junga Action Works (JAW) is a movement that mobilises the outdoor community to turn moments of freedom into shared action for people and planet. Under the banner Peak for Freedom, personal peak moments — on mountains, waves or in the air — become visible statements of solidarity. JAW is built on one belief: freedom only has meaning when we share it.

Peak for Palestine is the first campaign within this movement. Outdoor athletes are invited to donate their peak moments by carrying a Peak for Freedom flag and sharing it with the world. Each flag purchased supports Plant an Olive Tree, contributing directly to restoration, hope and long-term resilience in Palestine.

Sponsor an olive tree

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The olive trees will be given to a farmer from a Palestinian village in the West Bank. And planted in the name of the sponsors in the rainy season, which is between December 2026 and March 2027. All trees sponsored between now and December 31, 2026 will be planted by the end of March 2027 at the latest.

CERTIFICATE

You will receive a digital certificate by e-mail. If you want to gift the certificate, easily print the A4 certificate on 250-300 grams paper (in a print shop) and put it in a frame.

COST

You can sponsor an olive tree for 20 euros per tree. When 40 olive trees have been collected, an olive grove can be planted, more trees are also possible. When many trees have been sponsored, multiple families will be supported. Throughout 2026 it is possible to sponsor olive trees via this page.

PLAQUE

Next to the olive grove will be a plaque with the name of the olive grove and the names of the people with an olive tree in the olive grove.
