By donating trees to our olive grove, you can contribute to the economy, welfare and health of Palestinians.

The money will be used to plant trees to help Palestinians protect their land from confiscation. Because if Palestinians don’t cultivate their private land for 3 years, it can be taken away from them. How unfair is that?!

By sponsoring olive trees, we help people resist colonization and give them hope.

Each tree costs €20 and a full garden consists of 40 trees (€800). With that not only a tree is planted, but you also help Plant een Olijfboom to do their work to raise awareness and encourage people to take meaningful action. Think about organizing information meetings, activities or flyers..

Either way, all the money will be used to support the Palestinians.

Of course, smaller donations are also beneficial. It will help Palestinians bring food on the table and with that, even the smallest donation can make a big difference to their lives.

Sponsor an olive tree

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The olive trees will be given to a farmer from a Palestinian village in the West Bank. And planted in the name of the sponsors in the rainy season, which is between December 2023 and March 2024. All trees sponsored between now and December 31, 2023 will be planted by the end of March 2024 at the latest.

CERTIFICATE

You will receive a special digital certificate by e-mail stating ‘Be Human, Be Palestine Olive Grove’ below your name. If you want to gift the certificate, easily print the A4 certificate on 250-300 grams paper (in a print shop) and put it in a frame.

COST

You can sponsor an olive tree for 20 euros per tree. When 40 olive trees have been collected, an olive grove can be planted, more trees are also possible. When very many trees have been sponsored, multiple families will be supported. Throughout 2023 it is possible to sponsor olive trees via this page.

PLAQUE

The name ‘Blessings Olive Grove’ is written on a plaque that is placed near the olive grove. The names of the sponsors will also be written on the plaque, possibly together with a text to be determined later.
